If additional charges must be incurred, Appassionati Auto will do its best to notify the vehicle's owner or owner's representative as soon as possible and will allow the vehicle's owner or owner's representative to accept or decline these additional charges. If the additional charges are declined, then Appassionati Auto reserves the right to stop the detail if it deems taking such action is necessary and will do so in accordance with the policies listed in this contract.
